About Us
Baileson Brewing Company is a brewpub located in the neighborhood of Boulevard Oaks, just on the outskirts of the Rice Village area. We are a husband and wife team that loves craft beer and focuses on brewing hand-crafted ales that we love to drink. We like hops, we like stouts, and we enjoy some other beer styles in between. Our brew system is relatively small which allows us to brew new beers on a monthly basis, while keeping most of the crowd favorites up on the tap wall as well. Previously we brewed these beers in our garage at home, and one summer day in 2015 we said to ourselves "You know what? Houston needs more neighborhood brewpubs!". So we started working on a plan to add just such a place in a part of town that we know well, and 2 years later Baileson came to life. You'll find one of us around the pub most of the time, so stop by some time to say "Hi".
