Delicious ones! We specialize in ales, which use top-fermenting yeasts, ferment at warmer temperatures, and generally have more full/robust flavors. They also commonly have higher alcohol levels, and as a general rule our ABV's (alcohol by volume) run on the higher side.

You sure can. We can fill pretty much any resealable Growler that you bring us (we regularly fill a pickle jar for one loyal customer, no joke). We also have a Crowler machine, which allows us to send you home with a 32 oz, freshly-sealed can of most any beer that we have on draft at the time.

We have a truck or pop-up on site every day that we are open and the lineup is posted on our social media accounts prior to the weekend. You are also welcome to bring your own food or have it delivered.

Our brew house is 3.5 BBL (barrel) with (3) 7 BBL fermentors and a 7 BBL brite tank, which allows us to make about 200 gallons of tasty beer per week.

We are the dog-friendliest! Some pups that come to Baileson have developed better social lives than we have.

We certainly are. We just ask that the kiddos don't run wild in the pub, and all screaming be done outside (same rules for adults).

Currently, you can only find our beer in our taproom. You are welcome to take a Grower/Crowler full of beer home with you if you need Baileson beer in your life and won't make it until next weekend (completely understandable).

No, but our next-door neighbors at Vinology do. We have a friendly neighbor policy allowing you to bring their wine/cider over to our taproom, or vice versa, as long as some of the group is enjoying some Baileson beer!

We have chilled water and Saint Arnold's Root Beer on tap.

No, we do not reserve/hold tables during public hours, due to the size of our establishment. If you have a party or group that wants to meet at Baileson, we recommend that someone show up a little earlier to grab tables/chairs as needed.

Sure do! We favor local teams but will turn on whatever game the masses want to watch.
